1. Services

We provide website development, SEO, and digital strategy services. The specific deliverables for your project are defined in your individual project proposal or scope of work.

2. Payments & Fees

We offer both full-payment and installment-based options. To keep your project on schedule, we require:

• Adherence to the payment schedule defined in your invoice.
• Completion of milestone payments before moving to the next phase.

4. Payment Default & Service Suspension

We understand that cash flow fluctuates, but timely payment is essential for our operations:

• We provide a 14-day grace period for all overdue invoices.
• If an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, Melisha Solutions reserves the right to suspend services.
• Suspension may include pausing development or disabling access to live assets until the balance is cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and assets produced remain the property of Melisha Solutions until the final project invoice is paid in full. Upon final payment, full ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Melisha Solutions is not liable for issues caused by third-party services, such as hosting downtime or external API failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
